The Center for Implementation (TCI) is excited to share that we are hiring a full-time Client Relations and Administrative Services Specialist (40 hours per week).

This is a remote position open to Canadians (citizens and permanent residents) with at least 4 years of administrative, client-facing, and/or coordinating experience. Please read the job description below.

We specialize in training, supporting, and empowering individuals in all fields and sectors to optimize how they lead change. We also provide expertise to organizations that are looking to build implementation infrastructure for long-lasting change.

  • The Client Relations and Administrative Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting TCI’s administrative infrastructure which includes tasks in a wide variety of areas such as product development (e.g., online courses), programming, client success, and marketing.

    The Client Relations and Administrative Services Specialist will work closely with our Project and Marketing Manager and Media and Communications Specialist to ensure that our products and projects are executed efficiently and in scope, and that our clients receive the information and support they’re looking for. They will also contribute to the maintenance of processes to ensure team optimization and smooth internal workflows.

    We are a small, agile team that operates with a startup mentality, so our roles tend to change and evolve over time.     The Client Relations and Administrative Services Specialist will interact with the TCI community in a variety of ways. Examples of the tasks this position may include (but are not limited to) are below.

    Administrative Coordination and Support: Coordinating programming components (e.g., certificate program, online membership community); drafting and preparing correspondence; updating spreadsheets and other materials; uploading content to online training platforms, interactive media programs, and form builders; reviewing and finalizing reports and training materials; assisting with scheduling; helping with course/workshop/event preparation; and tracking and responding to student assignments.

    Client Success: Answering inquiries related to our product offerings as well as general technical support and addressing other customer service related needs.

    Marketing: Supporting TCI’s marketing efforts which could include drafting materials, proofreading, editing, copywriting, formatting, researching, performing outreach and sending out promotional materials; preparing newsletters; updating our website; and tracking metrics.

    • Experience or familiarity with the social impact space/social enterprises

    • Knowledge of online training platforms (e.g., Teachable), website builders (e.g., Squarespace) and/or email service providers (e.g., ConvertKit)

    • Experience working to create the change you believe in (whether it be through paid or volunteer work)
