Annemarie (Annie) De Leo is a registered nurse/midwife/lecturer and post-doctoral Implementation Science (IS) Fellow at Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. Her research is solution-focused, prioritizing community involvement and exploring contexts to understand healthcare issues and inequities between urban-rural settings. Her goal is to promote collaboration between researchers, health services and patients; developing strategies that begin to address evidence-to-practice gaps in healthcare. Annie is passionate about Implementation Science and developing fit-for-context solutions that address real-world problems. She is motivated to collaborate with others interested in promoting IS, teaching IS or working in partnership on implementation projects.
