Cara Wagner is a Supervisor in The Office of Community Corrections and has worked in the field of Criminal Justice for 27 years. Her time in the Criminal Justice field includes Probation Officer, Motivational Interviewing (MI) Trainer and Coach, Implementation Science Specialist and Evaluator, and Auditor. Cara is a skilled MI trainer who completed the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) in 2015. She has also trained and coached corrections staff across the state of Colorado. She is knowledgeable about Implementation Science and has trained corrections staff on its use and benefits. Cara has presented nationally and internationally on topics of MI and Implementation Science.
