Linda has worked across the healthcare continuum for 22 years. Over the course of the last 22 years, she has spent 18 years working clinically within the hospital setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Her current role with Équipe Sante Ontario Cochrane district Ontario Health Team Implementation Lead and her recent experiences as a Senior Friendly Care Lead with the North East Specialized Geriatric Centre-Health Sciences North have given her experience in capacity building, planning and implementation of the standard of care for older adults and their care partners. The foundation of her career has been built around patient and family-centered approaches to communication and care.
