Natasha is a senior leader with experience across health, community, academic and government sectors in Australia. She has successfully led many implementation initiatives at a national, state and organisation level in Australia’s social services and mental health sector. She believes in equity and lived/living experience-centred approaches to system reform and change projects. Natasha is currently leading a national youth mental health workforce development program. She is passionate about building capability and confidence in implementation teams and the mental health workforce at large to ensure the sector can meet the needs of young people and their families. Natasha is open to opportunities to collaborate or consultations.
