Enrollment & Administrative Services Specialist

Alexis Testa is the Enrollment and Administrative Services Specialist for The Center for Implementation. She is a graduate of Fanshawe College’s Television Broadcasting Program and is working towards a diploma in Business with Algonquin College.

She is passionate about continuous learning and thrives when working in spaces that support collaboration, growth and creativity.

Before joining TCI, Alexis worked in various industries including broadcast media, travel and insurance investigation, which has provided her with a unique insight into client and employee experiences.

Alexis is the first point of contact for many people who reach out to TCI. She coordinates communication with online course and certificate participants, the Implementing Change Community, and emails through TCI’s newsletter.
