Kim is currently a Health System Impact Postdoctoral Fellow with Alberta Health Services Provincial Population and Public Health and the University of Calgary Department of Family Medicine. She has studied and supported the implementation and evaluation of health and community-based initiatives globally and in Alberta. Kim is passionate about working with people to effectively implement evidence and people-informed practices, with the goals of optimizing the delivery of care, improving population health outcomes, and addressing health inequities.
