Starting Dec. 10, the Level 1 certification will include:

  • Extended access to both Level 1 courses (previously limited to 1 year)*

  • Membership in the Implementing Change Community (ICC), which includes access to:

    • Monthly Q&A sessions with course developers

    • Dedicated spaces for course + certificate participants

To support these added benefits, pricing will increase on Dec. 10, 2025.

  • Option 1: Apply by Dec. 9 at the current pricing: Start immediately (no new benefits).

  • Option 2: Apply by Dec. 9 with Reserve & Save: Get $150 USD / $200 CAD off the new pricing + start later with new benefits.

Option 1: Current Pricing

Option 2: New Pricing (Reserve & Save)

Reserve your spot by Dec. 9 at the new pricing (minus $150 USD / $200 CAD). Your access and new benefits begin after Dec. 10.

Ideal if: You want to start in December or later, want the new benefits, or want to save by reserving your spot early.

You’ll receive these new benefits when they’re available: 

  • Extended access to both Level 1 courses until you earn your digital badge and certificate* (previously limited to 1 year per course)

With this new benefit, you’ll have extended access to both Level 1 courses for your entire certification journey,* not just 1 year per course.

This means you can move at your own pace, revisit course content while completing assignments and the Level 1 Assessment (including revisions), and stay supported throughout the process. (We’ve had so many requests for this!)

Already completed one or both courses? You’ll automatically regain access to them as part of your certification until you finish.*

  • Membership in the Implementing Change Community (ICC), where you can connect with the wider implementation community. You’ll get access to:

    • Monthly Q&A sessions with course developers

    • Dedicated spaces for course + certificate participants

Option 3: New Pricing (Standard)

The Final Lap (if you’ve completed both Level 1 courses):

  • With 20% discount for past course participants: $756 USD / $996 CAD

Other discounts available

With both the current and new pricing, we’ll continue to offer discounts to past participants of TCI’s paid courses, Implementing Change Community members, full-time students, groups of 3+, participants in LMICs, Indigenous peoples and organizations, and Society for Implementation Research Collaboration (SIRC) members. (One discount per person.)

After you submit your application form, we’ll confirm your totals with the discount applied.

A note on access

*You can take the time you need to complete your certification, with up to 3 rounds of revisions for your Level 1 Assessment. If you don’t pass after the third round, your certification period will end along with your access to the ICC and courses.
