You’ll reflect deeply on your relationships and explore actions you can take to increase the trust others have in you—and to show your trust in them—based on your specific assessment of power in each relationship. It also helps you become a more authentic collaborator by considering trust and power in relationships.
Hidden Curriculum: Igniting Change From the Middle
This Level 2 course reveals the often-unspoken elements of providing high-quality implementation support, going beyond technical tasks to explore the deeper functions that help people implement change.
You’ll learn the 5 vital functions of implementation support practitioners and gain practical strategies to support collective action, deepen relationships, and strengthen your ability to inspire and unify teams around shared goals.
