Level 1 Courses
Level 1 courses provide foundational knowledge of implementation, outlining roadmaps and helpful processes for designing, spreading, and scaling your change efforts. The main focus of these courses is on planning.
These courses are also part of our Level 1 Implementation Support Specialist certification.

Implementation, Spread, and Scale

This course guides you through important considerations for implementing, spreading, and scaling your change initiatives to help you plan more strategically.
Level 2 Courses
Level 2 courses look at the relational aspects of creating change and also go deeper into some of the more complicated and complex components of implementation, like adaptations, context, and sustainability. These courses focus on people and also building advanced skills for supporting implementation.
You’re not required to complete the Level 1 courses first — Level 2 courses are open to everyone!
Level 2 courses are currently in development and are being released on a rolling basis. Our Level 2 Implementation Support Specialist certification will follow once these courses are released. Level 1 certification is required prior to completing the Level 2 certification.
