Map2Adapt is a process model that provides overarching phases and steps that can help you proactively plan for adaptations. Each phase culminates in a decision point that represents an important decision your team will likely make/face when planning for adaptations.

For the interactive version of Map2Adapt, access the Map2Adapt tool.

Note: Although we have presented these as sequential steps, it is important to remember that planning for adaptations is an iterative process, so you may complete these in a different order or go back and forth between phases and steps.
