Sharing is caring, and at TCI we deeply believe that when changemakers connect and share with each other, we all benefit in many ways, from sparking new ideas, discovering resources, advancing careers, and ultimately, making the world a little better through the implementation of our change initiatives.

At the beginning of 2024, we featured the Holland Bloorview’s Transitions Guide, as an example of an initiative-specific implementation guide that, in addition, provides a lot of useful insight that can be generalized across fields.

Inspired by a request from one of the members of our Implementing Change Community, in late 2023, we compiled a list of relevant ideas, resources, and examples of implementation guides. Based on the the positive response we received from people in the Implementing Change Community, we thought others might also appreciate these resources.

This compilation is an example of the power of collective thinking, and the value of exchanging ideas across fields of knowledge and geographical barriers. We deeply thank the members of the Implementing Change Community for engaging in this conversation.

We invite you to take a look at this compilation with an open mind for aspects that could be useful across contexts. We hope that it can provide inspiration and generate insights for your change initiatives.
