StrategEase Pathway

The StrategEase Pathway is a process model that guides people through the stages of designing change initiatives. The bridge rests on a foundation of strong relationships. On the top of the bridge are a series of activities that can help you to understand the THING being implemented, define WHAT needs to change and WHO needs to do something differently, assess barriers and facilitators, and finally select change strategies.
