Context Compass Framework

The Context Compass Framework is a unique framework that maps contextual factors to key phases in the implementation process. It describes contextual factors that may be impacting implementation processes and decisions in highly variable settings and in multiple types of systems. This framework helps you to navigate some of the more prominent contextual barriers and facilitators that may emerge as you progress through your implementation journey.

👉 Watch a short overview of the Context Compass Framework.

👉 Download the Crosswalk: CFIR to CCF for a comparison between both frameworks.

The Context Compass Framework is introduced in our Level 1 course, Implementation, Spread, and Scale and explored in more depth in our Level 2 course, Context at Scale.
