COM-B
The Capability, Opportunity, Motivation - Behavior (COM-B) theory is an individual-level theory of behavior change. It states that in order for people to change:
They need to be capable of change (e.g., have the knowledge and skills).
They need to have the opportunity to change (e.g., be in an environment that supports change).
They need to be motivated to change.
